Our Red Wine & Pepper Sopressa Milano is finely ground with the sweet hint of red wine, and counterbalanced by the infusion of black pepper.Best served thinly sliced to 1.2mm, it goes well with smoked cheddar, dried fruits, and a rich sparkling Shiraz or IPA beer.
Crafted in the Byron Bay hinterland, our range of salami is made from ethically grown Australian free range pork.
