Product Description
Our Prociutto is aged over 16+ months and is made from pork thigh and sea salt. Due to the sea salt, along with optimal curing temperature, humidity and air flow, our Prosciutto is flawlessly preserved without the use of additional preservatives.
Crafted in the Byron Bay hinterland, our range of salami is made from ethically grown Australian free range pork.
Our Prosciutto can be purchased pre-packed as a 100g portion.
